115 grams fresh compressed yeast
960 ml warm milk
115 grams granulated sugar
225 grams soft butter
45 grams salt
1820 grams all purpose flour
Stir in the flour, a little at a time, mixing well. After all the flour is stirred in, put in bowl and cover with a cloth. Let set until it is double in size. Then take you hand and push it down. Divide into 6 equal pieces and form into bread loaves.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
