Oatmeal Scotchies

1 Cup Butter
21 Grams of Splenda Sugar
145 Grams of Splenda Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
Mix these three items on high speed until light and airy.

7 Grams Baking Soda
7 Grams of Baking Powder
4 Grams of Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
20 Grams of fresh granted orange peel
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla

Add these items and mix on high until well blended.

Pour into a large bowl and add the following items.

275 Grams of All Purpose Flour
270 Grams of oatmeal

Using a wooden spoon stir in just enough to wet the flour completely.

Add 2 cups of raisins (these are better if you soak them in water for an hour.)

Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop onto pan.

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
